Francesca, Nuvola Founder and Head Chef, grew up in a traditional Tuscan family where preparing and enjoying fresh food defined family life.

And like many Italians she inherited a fierce passion for cooking and food.

When Francesca moved to London she decided to create a place that prepared the artisan dishes they cooked at home – lovingly tweaked to ensure they are light, healthy and affordable.

And so Nuvola was born (after a little longer than 9 months!).

Nuvola is independent and family run. Nuvola is a happy family with a very simple philosophy: nourishing people with great coffee, glorious home-made food, and some extra warmth, which puts a smile on your face for the rest of the day. Here at Nuvola nothing is too much to ask, whether is to help you start off your day, choosing your lunch or surprising your friends or family with a home – made cake.
